Description:
Natural product made from Peruvian Squash (Curcubita maxima), healthy, clean, and fresh, which has been selected, peeled, washed, cut, blanched, and sufficiently scalded to achieve color and flavor stability during normal marketing cycles. A frozen static tunnel system with forced air is used, achieving a stable temperature of −18 °C at the thermal center of the product. Packed and stored in a freezer at −25 °C.

Physical Organoleptic Characterics:
Color: Outer skin is green, and the inner pulp can vary from yellow to intense orange
Odor: Gentle and sweet aroma, especially when ripe
Texture: Firm when raw and soft and creamy when cooked
Flavor: Sweet and pleasant. It may have hints of nuttiness or even a slight earthy touch
