Description:
Natural product made from huacatay plants (Tagetes minuta), healthy, clean, and fresh, which has been selected, de-leaved, washed, sliced, and sufficiently blanched to achieve color and flavor stability during normal marketing cycles. A frozen static tunnel system with forced air is used, achieving a stable temperature of −18 °C at the thermal center of the product. Packed and stored in a freezer at −25 °C.
